Your complete satisfaction with our products is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product, please do not hesitate to return or exchange it within 90 days of your purchase date.
Simply enclose the shipping form you received with your order or a copy of your purchase receipt and note the reason for your return/exchange. Be sure to include your daytime telephone number and contact name. If you are exchanging an item please provide your complete return shipping address and exchange details. There is an exchange postage fee equal to the original cost of shipping. You can either include a check payable to Pebble Beach Concours or we will use your original credit card information.
We will refund shipping charges only if we've sent the wrong item or the item is defective.
